Delivery and costs
Four methods, what each costs, and when it actually arrives.

What it costs and when it comes
| Method | Cost | Arrives | Pay on delivery? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard delivery | €4.95, free over €75 | 2–4 business days | Yes, cash to the courier |
| Express delivery | €9.95 | Next business day if ordered before 14:00 | Yes, cash to the courier |
| Pickup point | €3.45, free over €75 | 2–4 business days | Yes, at the counter |
| Collect in store | Free | Ready within 24 hours | Yes, card or cash in store |
All prices include VAT. Delivery cost is shown on every product page, before you add anything to a basket — you should never meet a delivery charge for the first time at the payment step.
Where we deliver
All 27 EU member states, at the same prices. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Irish public holidays; the delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout already accounts for both.
Tracking
Your order page carries the status and the expected date. There is no account to log into — the link from your confirmation works on its own.
If it is late
If we do not deliver within 30 days, or within any period we agreed with you, you can require delivery within an additional reasonable period, and if we miss that too you can terminate the contract and get everything back (Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU). In practice, e-mail us and we will either give you a date we can stand over or refund you on the spot.
Risk
Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Until then, anything that happens to the parcel is our problem, not yours.
Customs and duties
None within the EU. Everything we sell ships from Dublin inside the customs union, so there is no duty, no handling fee and no surprise invoice from the courier — a cost that a shop shipping from outside the EU is obliged to warn you about before you order, and often does not.
